It started with an idea...

Nature Centered Coaching was founded by Jennifer Bauer, a Master Wayfinder Coach, Reiki Master, Breathwork Meditation Healer, Public Speaker and Author of Nature Guides: Release & Reconnect Through Writing. Jennifer realized that her clients, friends, family and society-at-large were missing a deep connection to each other and feeling lost. After reflecting on her own life periods of feeling disconnected and lost, when only nature held the answers and direction, she developed a coach training program that wove together her life experience and breadth of trainings and modalities with a solid foundation in nature. The result is Nature Centered Coaching.

Jennifer has brought together a team of teachers, who are experts in their healing niches, to both broaden the subjects taught as well as enhance the learning experience of our students.

Our intention is to not only equip anyone who feels a connection to nature with the tools to navigate their own lives, but also to help serve those who are yearning for more connection, joy, fulfillment, purpose and passion.

Note: We acknowledge that society right now is not an equitable one for all ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations and abilities. As such, if you are BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+, we offer a sliding-scale program rate. Please email us to discuss your admission options.

INCC CORE VALUES

Grassy Field

EQUITY & INCLUSION

We support and amplify BIPOC and LGBTQ+ voices. We are anti-racist and believe love is love. We are a safe, inclusive and equitable space for all people.

WE ARE ALL CREATORS

Each of us is fully capable of creating and co-creating our experiences. Coaches do not fix, rescue or save, instead we ask questions while maintaining the belief that each client is resourceful and competent.

WALK THE WALK

We receive coaching and self-coach as needed. In order to coach others, we need to be clear ourselves. We know the value of the tools because we experience them regularly. When we find a blind-spot, we get coached on it.

LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND

We listen more than we speak. We listen to learn and understand others. We listen not only with our ears, but also with our bodies, hearts and souls. We recognize the incredible impact listening offers.

INTEGRITY

We aspire to live in a state of wholeness, aligned with our true nature. We are open and authentic. We are steadfast in upholding our values and our inner world is congruent with our outer world.

CONSCIOUS SUSTAINABILITY

We believe the Earth and animals have rights. We support and protect these rights. We honor the gift of life that Nature continually gives us and recognize that the limited resources require sustainable practices to maintain and replenish such resources.

Organizations we Donate Funds to Support

When we say one of our values is to Walk the Walk, we mean it. Here are just a few of the organizations we donate to because their work either aligns with our belief in a reciprocal healing relationship with nature or with our desire to bring equitable access to support systems for BIPOC communities and individuals.

8 Billion Trees is a carbon offset company that runs large-scale planting operations in the Amazon Rainforest and saves endangered wildlife.

Loveland Foundation is committed to showing up for communities of color, with a particular focus on Black women and girls. Their resources and initiatives prioritize opportunity, access, validation, and healing.

Free Rein rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes horses that have been abused and enlists their incredible “horse sense” in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL) programs. Their mission is to heal humans and rescued horses by creating a bond that nurtures and empowers both.
